Designed a cloud-based phone systems for a client with multiple offices and staff memebrs using their mobile devices in the field.
Created a seamless customer experience using call routing, routing by caller ID recognition and voice-controlled menu schemas.
Resulted in a richer customer experience, eliminated the need for client callbacks by staff and fostered more efficient organizational communication.
