Customization + Migration

Designed a remote email system for a client with two offices and staff members checking their email on multiple devices 24 x 7 in-office and in the field.

Created a seamless customer experience using custom scripting, mail routing, routing by ID and setting rules and behaviors in the server environemt.

Resulted in a richer customer experience, eland fostered more efficient organizational communication.

Work in parallel to company’s existing IT / Systems architecture to create seamless client experience, with zero downtime.
